Everyone is very friendly. I go for a specific service and I'm never talked to about needing additional optional maintenance. They provide an estimated wait time and it is done when they day. I have gone home when I was tod it would be 2 to 3 hours but ended up having to call the dealership when I never received any calls after 5 hours.
