I don’t like anyone disrespecting me by calling me by my first name as if that’s their right. Also I’ve paid for service at Pedder by check or debit card but was told we don’t accept checks here . When this rep asked another rep at front desk she said they did accept them . After look over and seeing me as his customer she agreed with my rep. I left my car til next day waiting for a part. I called next day around 11 am , the rep that was taking care of me was around and the person I got said they would check and call me back, they never return my call . I spent a little over 1,000 dollars but if I just spent 30 dollars I should of been treated better. More

Everyone is very friendly. I go for a specific service and I'm never talked to about needing additional optional maintenance. They provide an estimated wait time and it is done when they day. I do recommend waiting at the dealership if the wait will be less than an hour or two. I have gone home when I was tod it would be 2 to 3 hours but ended up having to call the dealership when I never received any calls after 5 hours. But other than that experience I have not had any other issues with this dealership. More
