Friendly staff and wiling to work with you. I thought I made an appointment (still don't know if I daydreamed about making the appointment or if I accidently did not hit the 'make appointment' I thought I made an appointment (still don't know if I daydreamed about making the appointment or if I accidently did not hit the 'make appointment' button....) but Tony was able to fit me in. Pedder Hyundai is a modern well-designed dealership offering water and coffee in their waiting room. With comfortable seating for relaxing while waiting for service. The dealership service advisors are sharp, reflecting the dealership. Tony Espinoza, service advisor, always goes above and beyond to take care of my wife's Hyundai Elantra, and my Ioniq 6. We drive out of the way, passing two closer dealerships because they don't offer the type of courtesy and service Pedder Hyundai offers. One of those dealerships, owns many car brand dealerships and they seem to focus only on the money they take in and not customers who provide that money through purchase and service. Pedder gets our business. More
The experience with Hyundai’s Ioniq 2022 has been disappointing. I bought the car from the Peddar Hyundai dealership. 1) I’ve had issues with the hood constantly rattling & that has had to be fix disappointing. I bought the car from the Peddar Hyundai dealership. 1) I’ve had issues with the hood constantly rattling & that has had to be fixed by the service center a few times but it just starts rattling again. 2) The tire pressure on one of my tires showed low compared to the others and service center couldn’t figure out what was wrong and finally had to replace it after a couple of trips to the dealership. 3) I had my car serviced on September 30th & in 2 weeks the car 12 volt battery died on me during a short trip with my young kids. I had to have it jump started by the towing company & eventually the battery had to be replaced at the service center which took 2 days. I was hugely inconvenienced without a car but still tried to stay positive. 4) And then the dealership calls to tell me to replace my cabin air filter as well; informing me that it’s going to cost $90. I questioned why this wasn’t brought up during the regular service appointment and the rep didn’t have a response. I bought the service package & a bunch of other add ons at the advice of my sales rep at the Peddar dealership to avoid any out of pocket costs & the service center wouldn’t cover replacing a cabin filter? It was disappointing & frustrating to say the least. More
