Great Experience! Luis (Louie) Padilla, Service Manager at Pedder Jeep of Poway was Awesome! I had initially scheduled a maintenance appointment about 3-4 weeks out Luis (Louie) Padilla, Service Manager at Pedder Jeep of Poway was Awesome! I had initially scheduled a maintenance appointment about 3-4 weeks out because there were no earlier appointments available for the month of March 2024. I emailed Luis to check if my appointment could be moved up. He responded the same day and said it would be no problem and asked what day I wanted to come in. I inquired if there were any openings that Wednesday and he quickly responded that he could schedule me in that morning. I showed up at 8am that Wednesday and found Luis. He quickly processed my car. I had a couple of other questions unrelated to the scheduled maintenance and he said he would provide me an estimate. I was in and out in probably 1 hour and as promised, he provided me the estimates. What great customer service!!!! **I purchased my Jeep here back in 2016......on occasion I've had to schedule appointments at other Jeep service centers in the local area......Pedder Jeep of Poway has by far the best customer service!!!! More
Brought my vehicle in for routine service maintenance along with a few other issues. The routine maintenance for 30k miles was never completed including replacing engine air cleaner filter and oil change along with a few other issues. I dropped my van off for a recall at my scheduled 10:30a appt time. I was told it would be done by the end of the day at 5p. I never received any updates at all. I called at 5p to verify the keys were left appt time. I was told it would be done by the end of the day at 5p. I never received any updates at all. I called at 5p to verify the keys were left for an after hours pick up. They were not and the sales person said services was closed and I'd have to get my van the next day. The next day I called and left 2 voice-mails to get and estimated time on when i could pick it up. Neither were returned. I was finally notified it was complete via text. When I arrived at my appointment I should have been made aware there is a chance my van would not be done that day. This way I could have decided if I wanted to leave my van there knowing it could be kept over night. I had no idea it had a chance of being kept over night. If at my drop off they told me that,I would have opted to bring it back either the next day orva different day when it could be finished the same day. Then to keep my van and not even tell me they were gonna close and keep it was horrible customer service. I should have been notified that the work could not be completed that day and given the option to come pick my van up before closing. Then I could have just rescheduled my appointment for the following day or another day. The fact that noone called me back when I left repeated voice-mail messages was unacceptable. This is a very poor way to run a business. The name of the department is literally called service. While they did service my vehicle, they failed to provide any service related to communication to the me, the customer. Telling me my car would not be likely completed that day and giving me the optio to reschedule would have helped. Calling me by days end to tell me it still wasn't completed and giving me the option to come get it would have helped. Returning my voice mails for status would have helped. None of this was done. This department needs to improve on communication. More
