PEDER RAM TRUCK CENTER IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE CENTER I HAVE EVER RUN ACROSS. THEY HAD MY TRUCK FOR OVER TWO WEEKS AND ACTUALLY DID ALMOST NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEMS I BROUGHT IT IN F MAINTENANCE CENTER I HAVE EVER RUN ACROSS. SAID HE WOULD CONFER WITH THE MANAGER TO REPAIR AGAIN THE HEATING SYSTEM WHICH THEY HAD REPAIRED LAST SPRING, NOTHING. DONE. SAID THEY WOULD FIX THE CRUISE CONTROL WHICH HAS NOT FUNCTIONED SINCE THEY REPAIRED THE HEATING SYSTEM.. STILL NOT WORKING. RECALL WORK WAS ONLY HALF DONE. EXCEPT FOR AN OIL CHANGE NONE OF THE ITEMS I SIGNED UP FOR WERE DONE.. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY POOR IN MY OPINION...NOT ONE TIME DID THEY REACH OUT TO ME IN ANY WAY EXCEPT TO ADVERTISE. I AM IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW RAM... I WOULD NOT GO TO PEDDER FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. More
