Well I bought a new car here. And unfortunately I bought the maintenance package. So I have to take my car here for service until that package is over. It takes months to set up an appointment. I called five times and wasn't able to schedule an appointment. I used their website to set up an appointment. And someone did get back to me because I needed more information and as soon as I gave my information they didn't reach back so after 2 months of trying to get a hold of them again I finally was able to set up an appointment through an automated system via text message. When I got there for my appointment they said I didn't have an appointment. I had an email saying I had an appointment and had a text message saying I had an appointment but they said I did not have an appointment. The only good news is they were able to do the oil change without an appointment. But now I have to set up another appointment for them to diagnose the problem and they said they need my car for 2 days for diagnostics. And it's just a window lock button not working. I would recommend going to another Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership for service More
