Fair Warning: Think Twice Before Purchasing or Servicing Your Vehicle at Dealer Pedder Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep in Poway, CA I purchased my New 2024 Jeep Gladiator, along with an extended warranty, from t Your Vehicle at Dealer Pedder Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep in Poway, CA I purchased my New 2024 Jeep Gladiator, along with an extended warranty, from this dealership. The rear window subsequently began leaking water into the vehicle. I brought the issue to the dealership, but the warranty claim was declined. I was told that the rear glass needed to be replaced. I explained that there was no outside impact or other apparent external cause that would have resulted in the leak. The dealership was unable to show me any damage or failure of the glass or seal. The glass was never removed by the Dealer/Service Department or otherwise inspected to pinpoint the actual source of the leak. Because I was unable to get the issue resolved through the dealership, I ultimately had to contact Chrysler/Stellantis Corporate Customer Service myself. More
