Above and beyond customer service I recently purchased a used 2016 Tundra from Pearson and the buying experience was excellent. Ron, Greg, and the other staff helped me land an excelle I recently purchased a used 2016 Tundra from Pearson and the buying experience was excellent. Ron, Greg, and the other staff helped me land an excellent deal, but the where Pearson went above and beyond was when I called them about an issue I was having with the truck. I let them know that the previous owner must have driven with his dogs on a very regular basis, and due to this, the truck had a very strong unpleasant odour when left sitting in the sun. They told me to bring the truck in, which I did and proceeded to give the truck one of the most excellent detailing jobs I've ever seen at no cost to me. The smell is gone and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, will definitely choose Pearson again in the future. Thanks again to everyone there. More
