My husband and I seen a Toyota Tacoma at another dealership. We stopped by that dealership to inquire about that truck. I had emailed Brenda Robertson the evening before to inquire about the Tacoma trucks. I called Brenda to let her know I was on my way. She was very friendly and reassuring on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted with friendly smiling staff. Brenda introduced herself and started asking me what options I wanted and needed. After looking at a couple different Tacomas she helped my husband and I find one that I liked and could afford. This was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend to all my friends and family to purchase from Brenda at Pearson Toyota. More

Asked for pricing on a 2011 Sequoia and when a price was agreed to, I was told they made a mistake and had given me a quote on a 2010 Sequoia. The new price for a 2011 was several thousand dollars more. Decided to overlook this possible "bait and switch" and agreed to a new price that included a trade-in of my current vehicle. I was told a 2011 vehicle matching my specs was found and would be available in 2 days. Deposit given to dealer. Received notice 2 days later that it would now be 12 weeks to get delivery of the vehicled desired. No mention was made of any possible change in my price\trade-in if I waited the 12 weeks. I insisted that I get a guarantee that my trade-in price would be good after 12 weeks. No one at the dealership had bothered to address this issue until I pushed it. The trade-in quote I had said it was good for 7 days only. After further pursuing this issue, I was finally told that the trade-in value would be re-evaluated at the time the new vehicle was delivered...another "bait and switch", in my opinion. Got my deposit back and moved on to a dealership that I felt would not "play games". I would never do business with Pearson. In my opinion, they are just not to be trusted. More

I have had my 98 Toyota serviced at Pearson Toyota several times and was always impressed with the service. Very professional. It turned out the new Corolla was a little bit more than I wanted to spend. Guy found a 09 Corolla with 7400 miles that fit fit my budget. Guy and the several members of the sales staff stayed after hours to finish the paperwork for the sale. I would recommend the Pearson dealership. More
