I recently purchased my ninth Toyota from Pearson Toyota (a RAV4), a truly enjoyable experience that I've assessed at an overall 5 based on the following: (1) the salesman's deep knowledge of the Pearson in (a RAV4), a truly enjoyable experience that I've assessed at an overall 5 based on the following: (1) the salesman's deep knowledge of the Pearson inventory (John Spain) that quickly steered me to the right vehicle to support my driving needs: mostly highway driving under all weather conditions, typically in high density areas; (2) the special 3.9% financing offered, which was pre-arranged over the phone and quickly offered when my wife and I entered the dealership; (3) the expeditious way the business manager explained the after-purchase options such as paint protection, while at the same time completing all the required state-controlled paperwork for the sale;(4)the cordial setting of the dealership itself, complete with TV, internet connections, coffee, soft drinks and snacks; (5) my own comfort level with the quality of the service department, having had a working relationship with most of the technical advisors that dates back to the mid-1980s when the dealership was known as Denbeigh Toyota; and lastly (6), the personal follow-up after the sale to ensure that I was totally satisfied with everything I had experinced at the dealership. All in all, I consider Pearsonyota is a class act that I frequently recommend to my family and friends when they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

The new car buying experience was almost to easy as we entered knowing exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. I saw the truck I was looking for at Pearson Toyota, I was not bothered by the pushy sales people ( like I usually get at other dealerships ) as I looked the truck over. When my husband and I visited Pearson Toyota we had actually been to many local dealerships in Hampton Roads. Although we currently drive an Acura MDX, we have owned several Toyota vehicles in the pas actually been to many local dealerships in Hampton Roads. Ernie's friendly manner and knowledge of your inventory was very impressive. He was not just concerned with selling a vehicle; he was interested in the needs of our entire family as well. Coming from a customer service background, I was quite impressed with him and he is the main reason we made the purchase of our new Sequoia. Ernie went far and beyond what was expected as a car salesman. He took the time to show us all the "extras" in our truck and even took the time to help us get the bluetooth system operational before we left. We will definitely visit Ernie again when we make future purchases for our three sons. More

We have bought 12 vehicles from John and we are extremely pleased and impressed with his courtesy, efficiency, fairness, honesty and friendliness. If I were looking for a vehicle right now, no doubt I would check with John first, because that would mean we wouldn't have to check anywhere else. As far as the vehicles are concerned, you can't get a better vehicle NO MATTER HOW much you pay. Al has been great as a service writer and has saved us a few times. Thanks Al. And the service is top notch. We rarely have to bring the vehicle back for the same thing, and it always comes to us clean and fixed. We have met and had conversation with Mr. Capps, the General Manager, and after those experiences, we understand why the others are the way they are. I did not purchase from Pearson, but I did inquire online about a car they had. I received a very fast response-including both email and phone messages from Brenda. I ended up deciding I liked another model better, which was not at Pearson, so I, once again, did not purchase from them. However, out of all the dealerships I spoke to, she and Pearson were the most on top of things and eager to help. I would recommend them and always check their inventory before I purchase in the future. More
