The dealership is an impressive facility that is well organized, spotless in its cleanliness and pleasing in appearance! Above all, we were extremely pleased with our experience dealing with Brenda Robertson, Pearson's Internet Sales Manager as she was friendly, knowledgeable in all matters related to the Toyota Venza we were seeking, and in the course of our many email exchanges and in-person discussions, we developed a level of respect and trust in Brenda that will most assuredly bring us back to her and this dealership for future auto purchases. Got a new toyota corolla LE 2011! The staff are nice & friendly & not fake friendly just to get a sales. They present everything, their best offer & its really up to the customer to decide. This is my second new car I've purchased at Pearson Toyota (previously Denbigh). The first was a van (11 years ago). It still was running great but had 134,miles and I wanted to get a hybrid. I called the dealership and was transferred to Brenda who gave me info on what they had on the lot. I had previously checked the internet to see what was available in the area and since Pearson has always been great to work with I went there. Brenda is friendly and knowledgeable; I did not feel rushed in making any decision and eventually purchased what I wanted. The only problem I had was the next day the car didn't start and had to be jumped. I thought I had made a mistake buying the Prius but after a new battery was installed I have had no problem and it is fun driving it. I have dealt with Chris in service for about 16 yrs and he has always been there answering my questions about anything I had concerning my cars. More
Sales person Brenda Robertson was excellent. Entire transaction went smooth. When I picked up the Tacoma, the driver's door did not open or close properly. The service manager, Chris. alleges that the transaction went smooth. When I picked up the Tacoma, the driver's door did not open or close properly. The service manager, Chris. alleges that the door is "normal" and would not repair the defect. When compared to other trucks on the lot, the difference is obvious, yet Chris has the audacity to state that mine is the same as those on the lot. This is only the second new Toyota I have purchased but it will certainly be my last. If I wanted this degree of quality I would have purchased a Yugo. More

My wife & I were looking for a 2011 Highlander and I starting searching local dealers. Pearson Toyota has two outstanding employees in Brenda and Mike. Brenda had to go home sick and Mike finished the deal. I feel like we got a great price by dealing with Pearson. There was a little confusion when we picked up the vehicle but that is when Mike stepped in and got it back on track. I would recommend Pearson, Brenda, and Mike to anyone.
