I didn't notice till I got home and upon calling them to inform of the theft, I was told that the security tapes would be reviewed. Not getting a call back for days, I called again but was told the server had crashed and they would get back to me. Days later I tried again only to be told the service manager is unable at the time. I know I have no real recourse so this is just a warning to others not to leave anything unattended in your vehicle. *Update* Dave Wallace contacted me and apologized for the incident at the dealership. While they were unable to find my missing item, they did compensate me, which I thought was fair. More

I recently visited the dealer just "look around" and was never pressured in any form or fashion. After returning the next day to test drive the dealer first asked me what kind of driving I w around" and was never pressured in any form or fashion. After returning the next day to test drive the dealer first asked me what kind of driving I was planning on doing and he first showed me a base model without pushing me to the more expensive high end one. Once I chose my vehicle the dealer promptly tried to find money saving incentives for me that I was not aware of including a $500 military rebate. After spending a large part on my day with my family (boys aged 18 mos and 5 yrs) the dealer offered to follow me to my home to drop off my family so that the boys could play and gave me a ride back to finish the paperwork.
