I always have a good experience with everything from scheduling my appointment all the way through to the completion of the service. This time, my Prius was in for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) but ended up requiring an expensive repair. My husband - he had never been to Pearson Toyota before - felt as if it was too costly and wanted to take it somewhere else for the repair. We went back to service department and talked with Jeremy Wolfe. He spent a lot of time explaining the issue and the cost of the materials and labor; he even had the service technician (Rob) explain why it needed to be done. My husband was very impressed with Jeremy and Rob and decided that we should have the repair done at Pearson Toyota. I appreciated that they went the extra mile to make us comfortable with the extent of the repair work. More

Purchase and Service of 2015 4Runner Purchased a 2015 4Runner Limited from Pearson after shopping all the other Hampton Roads Toyota Dealerships this past March. Jim Russo, Internet Mana Purchased a 2015 4Runner Limited from Pearson after shopping all the other Hampton Roads Toyota Dealerships this past March. Jim Russo, Internet Manager, quoted us the best price over the phone that none of the other dealerships would match. We have had the 4runner in for the first 5,000 mile service this August and the Service Department was also great to deal with. I would highly recommend contacting Jim Russo at Pearson before you purchase a Toyota elsewhere. More
