Highlander check up. Always happy when I go to Pearson Toyota. Just drive up and someone comes out to meet you . Then I see Jeremy who I go to each time I visit. He gets everything updated and what needs to be done. He tells me how long it will take for my check up .Then I go to the waiting room which is very comfortable. There is always coffee, drinks and water. Also, some snacks. I usually watch TV or use the internet. There is a cute room for children to play or watch a video. After a while Jeremy comes to get me because my car is ready. He takes me to billing. My car is waiting and I am ready to leave. Great experience. They also have a shuttle to take you to work or wherever. This time I had and oil change, overall checkup and new tires put on. More

As soon as we started browsing we were greeted by the sales staff. We told them that we were just looking as we wanted to make a purchase at a later date. Jonathan had approached us and asked if we had any questions or needed help in anyway. We have purchased allot of vehicles in our life and have never met a salesman that was so honest and not pushy.He devoted his time (which they were very busy at the time) and attention in knowing that we would not be making a purchase for about another 4 months. He offered to provide us with the trade in value of our current vehicle and said it would give us a good idea for when we are ready to make a purchase. The bottom line is that he offered so much help with no clue if we were ever going to return to purchase a vehicle from Pearson.I enjoyed his positive attitude and devotion in making our car purchase easy and painless.
