When I got home my husband jumped it for me and we drove right to the service department to have it checked out. We had plans so we left it which we didn't mind but it was ready in a few hours. Found out it was the battery which had a faulty cell. Luckily it was still under warranty so we got a new 84 month battery free of charge. More

I was very pleased that when I came in I was greeted promptly and explained what would be done to my van and given an approximate wait time. I went to the parts department as I needed a back windshield wiper and Tony was able to order one for me. My wait time was exactly what was told and when checking out with the cashier, Tony came to me with a wiper and said he had found one for my vehicle! So no waiting for that to come in! Thank you for making my service visit a very timely and pleasant one! Keep up the excellent customer service, Pearson Toyota! More

SERVICE on my 2008 Highlander I brought my vehicle in on 21 Oct 2015 for a VA Safety inspection and also had a air filter replacement service. My mileage was 124,836. I notice th I brought my vehicle in on 21 Oct 2015 for a VA Safety inspection and also had a air filter replacement service. My mileage was 124,836. I notice that on the Multipoint Inspection sheet that my brake lining measurements on the front left and right wheels showed 3mm. Referring to the Multipoint Inspection sheet dated 27 August 2015 showed the front left and right brake linings to be 5mm. My Mileage was 121,245. (3591 miles driven, Boston and Savannah trips) Looking back at a Multipoint Inspection sheet dated 29 Jan 2015 the same linings measured 6mm, and my mileage was 111,175. (10,070 miles driven) Are the technicians actually measuring the linings or guessing? On a few (3) passed service visit I had to return to dealership to have Jeremy reset the service warning msg on the dash that technician did not do at time of service. More

The service manager explained how comprehensive the 90,000 mile service is and how valuable it is to extend the life of the vehicle. It should also improve the gas mileage for an upcoming trip. Since I plan on keeping my Avalon for five or six more years it is well worth a little extra cost to ensure the best possible service on my vehicle. More
