Customer Service review Came to Pearson Toyota for the 120,000 mile service. I left my car at the dealership the night before for a 10:00am appointment the next day. The day of my appointment we were called at 8:30a from Toyota just to get a clearer understanding of the work we wanted done to the vehicle. Disappointing! Recommendation depends on what it is. I would not recommend your dealership for any type of car wash. I have had 2 bad experiences. I came in for a super car wash. Under the driver's s I would not recommend your dealership for any type of car wash. I have had 2 bad experiences. I came in for a super car wash. Under the driver's seat was untouched. The front was not vacuumed well at all. They did redo it.. The first time I came in for a complete detail, they never touched the trunk and it was half vacuumed. I said then I wasn't going to come there for another wash. The super car wash was my second bad experience. On top of that, the cost was $34.95 for the super wash and they charged me an additional $2.45 for shop supplies. So I had to pay for wash and the supplies. Who does that? I won't be bringing my car back for any type of cleaning. Just think, I have purchased two cars from you all. This really made me upset because the first thing I said when I got there was, I need a good vacumm and a good car wash. More
