His team had a vehicle just before yours that turned into a bigger concern than we had antacipated and our state inspector assigned to your vehicle ran behind. I do not believe we communicated this to you as we should have. You are a valued customer and I would like to show you we can meet your expectations. If I may have your permission, I would like to move both your vehicles to the red team so scheduling and service may be easier for you. Also I would like to send you a complimentary oil change for your next service visit to apologize for letting you down. I will follow up with a letter if this is agreeable.
