I make an appointment, but it seems they over-book and cannot get to my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time although I am checked in right away. If they are running so far behind, I would appreciate a phone call giving me the option to re-schedule if I choose. It took two hours for a state inspection and there was nothing which needed repair. I have spent many hours in the past in their waiting room for service which should have taken an hour or less. When I have an appointment for multi-service, I do not expect it to be done quickly, but an oil change or state inspection should require a relatively short stay of an hour or less. More
