Kristen and Megan were great, they were helpful and got us a good deal and set us up for success. I was bringing my Tacoma in for servicing and decided to go for an upgrade. Again Kristen and Megan were there to hook me up. Got me a 2016 Tundra. So happy with this vehicle and the service that this dealership has given me. Will definitely continue to do business with them. More
It took James a very long time to get my paym. to my budget. In general I though we had worked out a lot of issues "overnight" on line-- what I needed the dealership to do to put me behind the wheel of the Civic In general I though we had worked out a lot of issues "overnight" on line-- what I needed the dealership to do to put me behind the wheel of the Civic. I have a bad problem about the driver's side seat belt. Almost impossible for me to do up, & that was without any coat on at all when we first tried the test drive. I told my sales person that it needed to be "extended" somehow (during my test drive). Whether a separate section about 4 to 6 inches long could be used as an "extender" piece that would plug in to the female end at the right butt cheek, ( naturally removed for inspection sticker), or if an entirely longer strap could be installed for the female section of the safety belt (the portion that is between the center console & driver's seat ) which would lengthen the female section up at least 3 to 4" longer I'm certain that would solve the problem entirely. The sales person was able to pull up on passenger side plug, which raised it about 2", but the driver's side did not budge. I explained to him I was having CTS surgery 11/20, so I would not be driving until early Nov., like 11/08 I think, and I planned to bring the car back to get the belt fixed as soon as I could drive properly. I called on 1/29 to check on an extender part, but the department had already closed. She suggested for me to call first thing Mon. to secure an appointment. Thank you, Susan Daggett More

We had not purchased a new car in over 10 years, so there is a lot of new technology that we are going to have learn how to use. But I must say that a lot of the new technology has to do with making the automobile a much safer vehicle. More
