Unorganized I called a week prior to my appointment to make an appointment. I came in at my correct time and there wasn't an appointment made apparently and ther I called a week prior to my appointment to make an appointment. I came in at my correct time and there wasn't an appointment made apparently and therefore no notes were left for the next person to see what I was there for. The man " jeff" helped me and was very nice but was confusing to understand at times. At the end of my hour waiting which I don't mind waiting at all, he called me while I was still in their specified lobby and said my car was almost done and he'll come get me. After about 15 more minutes of waiting past the hour that I was already there, he came up to me and said I should've been gone already and gone to the cashier and that my car was done. He never told me where to go when we called or what to do just that it was almost done and he would come get me. Very confusing and unorganized but the people were still very nice. More
