Asked to have maintenance due service light turned off - its annoying having it come on 3,000 miles and 4-5 months since its last service. Tech explained the factory sets the service due light to engage at 5,000 miles - would be nice if it actually did do that. More

Their persistence fixed the mystery "no lights" for cabin lights problem that made driving at night dangerous. Through the teams ingenious efforts to track it down, it was solved and I have everything back to normal. Bright as ever at night. The the car loaner department was tops too. Although there is a Toyata dealer just 4 miles from my house I travel the distance to Pearson because of the trust I have in them over the years.
