After we purchased 2 cars from Pearsons Toyota I knew I would be the one to bring them in for service. Usually that is a dreadfully thing as a woman. But Mr. Cardwell is such a people person, as well as not being a pushie salesman. I trust him as well as he listens to me. He actually listens to me the customer! Now his approach is a real team experience. I haven't meet any others that go beyond the call of duty like he goes. As a customer I hear how he talks to the seniors (hard of hearing etc.) Larry is so respectful and thats the main reason I come to your dealership. Thank you-- Mrs. Correll . More

One thing was missed in 60 K service I asked the service writer to remove and save the driver's side windshield wiper insert that I had replaced two weeks before my visit to Pearson, but I asked the service writer to remove and save the driver's side windshield wiper insert that I had replaced two weeks before my visit to Pearson, but I could not find the insert in the car so must assume that my request was forgotten. Met the requirements for service. A 3 star rating for average service. My car needed a 30,000 mileage service which included the basic oil, fluid top off, and inspection. There was an A 3 star rating for average service. My car needed a 30,000 mileage service which included the basic oil, fluid top off, and inspection. There was an inspection for free on the service page so it was interesting that i paid labor for that charge. My car (new in 2015 with only 30,000 miles on it ) needed tires which was quite aggravating and the dealership offered no price deal on the tires but noted recommending $1,200 to replace all of them which is extremely high if you are familiar with the price of tires. There is always someone offering tire deals so to pay more than full price is rediculous. Also, when i got my car back, there was no cover mats on the floor or seat and the old sticker was still in the windshield with the old mileage on it and never replaced. I guess i'll go to the dealership in Williamsburg next time for a service. Its not like there is a shortage of dealerships to choose from. More

Sam Salter was my salesman and he is so polite and professional, overall great to do business with! He also went out of his way to make sure the things I left in my old car were put away for me to get later!
