He was very professional and spent a lot of time with us. In the end we bought the car that day and picked it up in 3 days. Nigel had all the knowledge to navigate all the paperwork with the purchase and our trade in of our old car. He provided a car loan for us while the new car was prepped. On the day of the new car pick up, he helped us with all the electronics and made sure we were comfortable driving it off the lot. In end we were very happy and will feel comfortable calling him again with questions. It was the easiest car buying experience we have had ever. Never going back They lost my business for sales awhile back but the service department was still doing a ok job till the other day. I had an appointment at 10 for a basic oil change and to check a tire. I arrived a couple minutes prior to appt time and like normal I went in to see the service person and was left standing there for almost 15 minutes before anyone came to help me. Then 3 hours later they came and said I had a nail in the tire and if I wanted fixed. 3 hours for a basic oil change and to repair a tire is just crazy. Guess I will have to try my luck somewhere else now. More
