I thought buying a new car was going to be an exciting time, but I was wrong. Everyone told us about how stressful it was going to be. We heard so many horror stories that I almost decided to forget about buying a new car. I decided to call one more place, and that was Pearson Toyota. I told the ladies what I was looking for, and they sent me the information ASAP!!! I was so impressed with the ladies that handled the online sales that I made an appointment for the next day. Lyndon called us to introduce himself and to see what time we were available to come and see the vehicles. When we arrived he had the vehicles in place, and ready for us to test drive. It was nice to finally see a salesperson doing what they need to do to help the customer find the right vehicle. We could not have asked for a better salesperson!!!! He took his time explaining the safety features which was really important to us, and he made sure that I could operate those features before moving on to the next one. It was the safety features that made us go from looking at the LE PLUS to XLE. Everybody in the dearship was so friendly, and they really made us feel welcomed!!! We decided we wanted captain chairs in the back, and Shannon was able to locate our vehicle. She was the nicest manager that I have ever met while vehicle shopping. What really impressed me was when Shannon found a vehicle with crossbars and parked it beside the vehicle without the bars. I wanted the crossbars and my husband did not. Once he saw how nice they looked we definitely wanted that added feature. Not many managers would have done that!!! Thanks Shannon!!!! When it came time to go into the finance office which I call the "shark tank" due to my previous experiences with other dealerships we were amazed!!! The finance manager was so NICE and FRIENDLY!!!! HE did a great job explaining every part of the contract. It was quick and simple!!!! The environment is relaxing and casual yet professional. Pearson Toyota has a great selection of vehicles, and if they dont have exactly what you want they will find it!!! Some places try and sell you something that you dont want, or they tell you they have it and they don't!!!! They are straight forward at Pearson Toyota!!! No one can believe me when I tell them about our wonderful experience with Pearson Toyota!!! They made car buying what it should be...... ENJOYABLE !!! It's a shame we had to go all the way to Newport News to buy a vehicle, but I can definitely say it was worth the trip!!! This is our first Toyota, and we love it!!! More
