Disappointing 'Service' First of all, this was not really a service visit because my car was not fixed during this visit. I needed my left brake light replaced, requiring a part that you did not have in stock. I was not told this. There was plenty of time to order it between the day I made my appointment & the day of my visit but that wasn't done. So my visit was a waste of time. Also, I was told by Brittany that as soon as the replacement light came in, I could get it installed but that wasn't the case either. More
