The ONLY thing I can really say that could use improvement is that I wanted to add a car wash and detail to my appointment, but for any day that I picked, there was no one available. We have paid others to do it in the past, and it was a waste of money, but the last time Toyota did it, my husband and I were very pleased with the end results, and we wanted to have it done again when we just had our car inspected; however, again, there was no one available for ANY time slots we chose. If you are going to offer that, and I do hope you continue to offer it, it would be nice to have people available to do it. I would much rather pay you guys to do it properly than pay to have someone at Auto Bell to do half wit job on it! More
