Camry 100k service/ parts dept My 100k service for my camry went fine. The customer service people are always very nice, transparent with the service details and explain the detail My 100k service for my camry went fine. The customer service people are always very nice, transparent with the service details and explain the details for the multipoint inspection. I have always had great service while at Pearson Toyota. However, I opted to not have Pearson Toyota perform an engine coolant change per the 100k service internal and chose to perform this elsewhere due to the cost. When I went to the parts department to ask for Toyota brand engine coolant I was sold 1 gallon of 50:50 super long life pink engine coolant. The parts representative should have known how much engine coolant I would need to perform the change as 1 gallon is about half the required amount in the radiator (he even asked what year and model car I had). Next time I buy parts from Pearson Toyota I will need to have a detailed list of what I need and not trust them to know what I need... More

Finding a way to get your monthly payment where you want it is what they seem to do outside of work. It really was incredible to watch them scour the horizon for deals and rebates, refunds and discounts. Ron Tomaino in particular took care of us, and Greg at the desk, the sales manager, was going above and beyond. It was an amazing experience and I will follow Pearson for years to come.
