Alignment without Spec Sheet It was good that my car was ready when my wife went to pick it up. It was my first time taking my SUV there for an all wheel alignment. No explanation was given to her about the status of the service/alignment. I was expecting a before and after alignment spec sheet denoting how much correction was done and comments regarding tire wear relative to alignment seen/corrected. I called, late afternoon Friday and left voice message with the female service advisor with the gold team and have yet to receive a return call. She did a good job getting me scheduled on the day & time I needed. I may recommend the service center above avg. based on follow-up. More

Got the repair done the next week. arrived a little early and was actually paying the cashier 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.! Silver Team manager Jeremy was polite and informative. the only reason I didn't give this a five star was because the young man who was doing the intake paperwork never said a word to me while I was waiting, even after he finished the car ahead of me. He finally came back out and took my info, but it would have been nice if he acknowledged my and told me what the intake procedure was.The rating below refers to jeremy wolfe, not the intake guy. No feedback while days long repair was being done. No rental car or loaner car offered until it was too late to matter. Cashier would not accept check plus credit card for payment. (POLICY= only accept CASH + credit card.) if you have a $30,000+ car you will be treated with respect; if you have an “old’ Toyota, and have a 30 year record with Denbigh/Pearson, you are a flea biting their necks.
