Called in appt. for a tire repair-got there 20 minutes earlier than scheduled time-was told by service rep it would be 1 to 1&1/2 hrs for repair. Bought used car elsewhere; paid $160 to look at all. All they found was motor mount issue & told them about fuel/air code & replaced. Next day came back for same knocking noise. So far also replaced Radiator, valve, cover gasket from leaking oil, rack, and pinion, and I do need shocks, struts and stabilizer bar, which is obviously bent. I asked Isaac about replacing he suggested no. I’ve been taking my car to a different mechanic because you guys are not thorough or accurate. My first lady I had to deal with didn’t even know about mechanicals and cars. I am 53 year old woman and I knew 100% more than she did.
