Called Nia Orona at 0934 on 8/03/23 she verified my phone number and said she would call me back in 15 minutes. Two days later, no phone call. This service experience is based on the fact that they told me that a windshield washer sensor was $271 cost without labor, when in fact their own parts department sells it to the public for $31.62. This part was not replaced on my original request for service of the windshield washer not working. Too much to list of what I was told when I returned for this particular problem.
