Service/Repairs Where to begin!!! Back in 2015, I had purchased a brand new 2015 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner Edition, and absolutely loved that truck!!! Unfortunate Where to begin!!! Back in 2015, I had purchased a brand new 2015 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner Edition, and absolutely loved that truck!!! Unfortunately, in 2017, I was involved in an accident, in which, the insurance company ended up totaling it out. Whenever I would take my truck in for service, I had nothing but excellent and positive outcomes dealing with the service advisors. When I purchased my 2017 Jeep Patriot Sport, I had purchased it from a subsidiary of Pearson Nissan, called AutoMax, and even purchased an extended warranty. Well, my dealings with the service personnel, whenever I've brought my vehicle, the 2017 Jeep Patriot Sport, into the shop, have been both negative and positive, being more on the negative side. For example, literally and no exaggerations, every single time I tried to contact, "call", I could never get anyone to answer the phone, let alone return any of my calls or messages. I physically had to drive to Pearson Nissan dealership/service shop to get any updates/status on my vehicle. Another instance, is after Pearson Nissan had already completed the work on my Jeep, which took about a little over a week, Pearson Nissan didn't even bother checking the issue, for which I had brought my Jeep in to be checked. I was very, very specific about what needed to be checked, which was the CV axle on front drivers side. Well, they did not attempt to check the CV axle, but instead replaced both left and right front struts and bearings, along with the fuel pump assembly. Due to Pearson Nissan not checking my CV axles/joints, it caused my driver's side front CV axle to go out roughly 3wks after Pearson Nissan replaced the front struts and bearings, so there goes more money and time without my vehicle. For Pearson Nissan to fix/replace the CV axle, it took them another 5 days to complete. Another issue, that legitimately perturbed me, was the fact that I paid for an extended warranty on my 2017 Jeep Patriot Sport, and that I had taken my vehicle into the shop at Pearson Nissan for problems with the steering. The technicians stated that there was nothing wrong, so therefore I feel like they intentionally waited until my extended warranty ran out so they could get more profit/money. More
