They took my 2008 Altima and performed a miracle on it. Front end was developing a loud roar. The problem turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. Even though the service dept was running short on their tec Front end was developing a loud roar. The problem turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. Even though the service dept was running short on their techs that day, they repaired my car and got me out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. The tech was even kind enough to show me what the bad wheel bearing looked like after he replaced it. More

First time We just moved from NY and this was my first time at Pearson. I wasn't sure where to go. Everyone was very helpful.
