I am very satisfied with my last visit to Pearson Nissan. I had an issue with an alert that signaled an engine malfunction. This occurred on two separate occasions. My service advisor Vanessa is to be commended. She went above and beyond beyond to ensure that the necessary service was provided to correct the issues, both times. She even ensured that I was able to be provided a rental vehicle until my vehicle was ready. She was very Knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic. She is truly a Blessing and should be recognized as an Asset to Nissan. She made me feel valued as a customer. I have dealt with other advisors there at Pearson Nissan and there is no comparison to Vanessa. While sitting in her office, as she was explaining what the issues were, I couldn’t help but notice the overwhelming amount of a work load she was dealing with. Inspite of it all, from excessive service calls, to technicians constantly coming in giving her information, she handled it like a Pro. I can truly say, if I did not have Vanessa as my advisor there I would probably find another dealership to do business with. More
I’ve been a customer at this dealership since 2007. I’m just finding that the service prices are very expensive..
