I was very pleased with Chris's professional customer service while I was surveying the lot and looking around. He had came right up and greeted me very polite young man. Bought a 2012 Nissan on 3/20/12 and paid $200.00 for a temporary and new plates, the day before the tag was to expire, I called and they said the new plate was in. I went to pick up the plate and was told temporary and new plates, the day before the tag was to expire, I called and they said the new plate was in. I went to pick up the plate and was told they made a mistake and that I owed $118.00 more for the plate. I refused to pay it, and 1 week later I got a card in the mail requesting me to now pay $177.00 more. As of today I have a new car sitting in my garage with no plates. More

Ocala Nissan customer preferred package is sold only through and good at Ocala Nissan, never once was I told this even after I told the salesman I was moving to NC, I was told it came with every new Nis through and good at Ocala Nissan, never once was I told this even after I told the salesman I was moving to NC, I was told it came with every new Nissan insinuating it came with new Nissans from Nissan itself. If you call their service department your hold for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Never once was I told the package deal was a product of OCALA NISSAN ITSELF! I was also told by teh salesman that I had Roadside service with this package, I don't. I will never buy another car at Ocala Nissan nor would recommend the dealership to anyone. When I asked about this service after I bought teh truck, they stated it was sold to everyone, a customer doesn't have a choice. It is even listed on the window sticker on the car, making a person believ it has come form Nissan Corp. More
Dealer gave us a poor deal on a Nissan Versa. They pad the MSRP with added dealer cost and negotiate from there. You will not get a good deal here. We talked to the salesman and before we even agreed to the deal, we were in the finance officer talking interest rates which really suprised us. We wish we would have taken some time to properly price this vehicle. Royally screwed!!!! More
Basically they got my information over the phone & never returned my calls. Shane wld tell me " speak with John Webb" of course when I call him he's "unavailable". Tell me what you can do for me, i'll come down & we'll go from there. Neither one of them ever called me back. My experience is they determine what you are on paper & that's it. So, I went 2 gainesville gave them my down payment, received excellent service & now I have my Altima! So, they lost a sale but I guess neither Shane nor John really need sales. More
I went to Ocala Nissan to look at possibley getting a nice, used titan. They had a really nice used 06 on the lot. The salesman told me about the rebates nissan was giving ended up getting me a brand new nice, used titan. They had a really nice used 06 on the lot. They were very friendly from the get go and offered me drinks and food. They also let me take the truck on a test drive by MYSELF which was a nice touch. I actually got to just drive the truck and enjoy it rather than listening to a salesman preaching to me the entire drive. By the time I signed everything it was late and their detailers ahd left for the evening so they filled the truck up with gas and told me to stop back anytime for my free detailing. I went in a week later and not only did they do an amazing job detailing the truck they filled it AGAIN with gas! Then about a month later they sent me a large tin full of roasted nuts and a thank you card telling me I could come in and get yet ANOTHER free tank of gas! I took it in with the low fuel light on and they filled it to the top. I got 3 free tanks of gas out of them and never had to ask for one. Excellent customer service even after the sale. Also their service dept. is top notch. Easy to get an appointment with and very quick with their service. I have also had to take my truck in for one warranty repair and they were great about it and did not haggle or try to "get out" of fixing the problem under warranty. They fixed it no questions asked like a dealership should do on a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Ocala Nissan to anybody. More
I dealt with Ocala Nissan when I bought my Titan, and it was by far the best "dealer" experience I've ever had. Tiffany Pendleton was my "internet contact" or salesperson, and Stephen Brower was the sales was by far the best "dealer" experience I've ever had. They gave me a good price without the tug-o-war, and BS that I've come to expect from new car dealers. Nissan makes a great product, and Ocala Nissan will treat you right. I would recommend them to anyone for a new Nissan or their selection of used cars. More

Dealer sold us an aftermarket warranty, which they now say is not valid for the first (30) days, even though the policy states the effecitive date is the sale date. Temporary tag has expired - can't get ahold of anyone in F&I to let me know when to expect our tag to be completed. Can't drive the unit because yemporary tag has expired. This is the only vehicle I have EVER purchased that the selling dealer did not clean up, remove window stickers, and fill with gas. I took it to the detail shop the day after we bought it, and had to buy gas within 3/10 of a mile of the dealership to avoid running out. More
Went looking for a car due to an auto accident through no fault of our own.
