Great car buying experience I came in for an oil change for my 2012 Nissan Rogue and left in a 2017 Nissan Altima! Juan Martell, my salesperson, was awesome! He made the whole process less stressful since I had my 2 year old daughter and 9 year old niece with me. Stan Decius, a sales manager, personally greeted me before I even considered buying a car and thanked me on my way out. Leslie McDougall, a business manager, was very nice and helpful with all of the financial paperwork. Allison Haney helped me with my oil change and congratulated me on my new purchase. (Everyone deserves a second chance). I explained my situation and what I could afford. And he was willing to work at getting me a good deal. I left Sunday with high hopes and a good feeling inside, some salesman can make me feel uneasy with their smooth talk and pressure. Not Rudy, he's very down to earth, very understanding and at the same time he's confident and caring, just genuinely a GOOD GUY. No bull no gimmicks.
