Unbilevable service!!!!!!! was hearing noises from the rear of the car, passenger side. The mechanic and service rep George ST John tested the car and discovered an extra tir was hearing noises from the rear of the car, passenger side. The mechanic and service rep George ST John tested the car and discovered an extra tire bolt(log?) making the noise. The log was lose in the spare well area moving depending on the car movement. THAT WAS COUSING THE NOISE... NO CHARGES WERE APPLIED. THIS IS THE REASON I COME TO PEARSON FOR SERVICE. More
