When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I did not have one and that there would be a 4 hour wait. I was introduced to Jim to reschedule the appointment and he asked if I had a scheduled appointme not have one and that there would be a 4 hour wait. I was introduced to Jim to reschedule the appointment and he asked if I had a scheduled appointment, witch I had made two weeks prior. I showed him the confirmation on my phone. He said he would take care of the service immediately, oil change and tire rotation. The car was immediately taken in for the service and we had the car back in 30 minutes. Jim was outstanding and cared that we had driven 30 minutes to have the service performed at the dealership. More
