I am very satisfied with the service. I took my car to replace the battery. The next day the alarm went off several times. I took the car again and immediately George St. John took care of the problem. He replace the battery. The next day the alarm went off several times. I took the car again and immediately George St. John took care of the problem. He also dropped off my car at my work for me. I am impressed with the service I received, this is more than I expected and very appreciative. Outstanding work!!! More

I called to make an appointment for a oil change I had a coupon for a free oil change. when I spoke to the girl she asked what car I told her a jeep. When I got there I asked the first guy do I give this co coupon for a free oil change. when I spoke to the girl she asked what car I told her a jeep. When I got there I asked the first guy do I give this coupon to you he says no you will give it to the service specialist I got out the car I had the coupon in my hand he asked me for all my information after he gets all that. I say do I give u this coupon he acts like he’s reading then says I can’t take that for the Jeep. He seen the car I got out of why didn’t he just say he didn’t take it before me and my children got out the car. More

As soon as I got out and shut my car door I was greeted so kindly! I had a brief conversation and found out right then that I needed to drive my car to the service entrance and they would help me there. Th so kindly! The service only took about 45-50 minutes long, I had an oil and filter change with a recall part replacement and tire rotation. Overall a great staff and experience! More
