My overall experience wasn’t that bad but considering what I paid for an oil change I expected to at least get what I had asked. My mileage was not set for the rating of the synthetic oil that was used w what I paid for an oil change I expected to at least get what I had asked. I was there from 10.30 to 12.15 only to be told the part for my back up camera is on back order. A call was made to get this information.
