Speedy service but…upon checkout I did not receive the safety inspection sheet that is the norm at all dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. When I asked about the inspection, I was told “if there were any is safety inspection sheet that is the norm at all dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. When I asked about the inspection, I was told “if there were any issues” I’d have been informed. Regarding the inspection sheet, I was told it was by request only and asked if I’d like one for my next service? Huh? Really? I came to Pearson because of sub standard service at the “other” local area Nissan dealership and was hoping for a long term relationship. I left disappointed. Not sure if I’ll return. More
