A disappointed and dissatisfied customer Our car was purchased on September 26th and as of 10/17/15 it has actually been in our possession for a little over a week due to the following issues Our car was purchased on September 26th and as of 10/17/15 it has actually been in our possession for a little over a week due to the following issues. - A/C blower motor replace - The front brake rotor had to be resurfaced - Loud noise when starting while cold we went to see about getting a replacement vehicle and were informed that our only option was to trade in our current vehicle for a different one. This would have cost us more money for the same vehicle, secondary to the depreciation of our vehicle. We have purchased vehicles before and have never experienced anything like this before making the first payment. I am truly saddened that this is considered acceptable by Hyundai and its associates More
Complete crooks . They charged me for a few things that were not even done. And they told me I needed a tire replaced when it just had fix-a-flat settled in it. They . They charged me for a few things that were not even done. And they told me I needed a tire replaced when it just had fix-a-flat settled in it. They never inspected this tire for safety, just scraped the sealant out. On another visit, they said the TPMS needed to be replaced also due to the sealant. It just needed to be wiped off. They tried to tell me that the use of tire sealant caused nearly $300 worth of damage on a $100 tire. The worst part is they don't include a spare tire with their cars, just a can of tire sealant. Upon placing complaints with the dealership, they actually tried to up-sell me a spare tire kit. Every visit is a chance for them to exploit their customers. Don't buy their cars, don't get your cars serviced there. What a nightmare. More
