A very bad experience I have serious complain about the Dealership and my overall experience. I would like this matter to be reported to Hyundai Senior Management if possib I have serious complain about the Dealership and my overall experience. I would like this matter to be reported to Hyundai Senior Management if possible. My 2016 Elantra was delivered to me in a very unprofessional manner first of all. The original sales person was not present at the time of delivery although he promised he will. I had to run across the store to find my second pair of keys which apparently seemed to have been lost initially. All the accessories in the car package (like the wheel locks) were also not present in the vehicle at the time of delivery and I had fight with them to get these. The worst thing that happened at the time of delivery was that I found my new car paint to be full of spider-web scratches all across it's body. It happened because of the inferior car wash that they did to clean up my car, in spite of me personally requesting them to be careful about it. When I complained, I was told that all cars will eventually have scratches one day and there is nothing they can do about it. I did not want to sign the delivery/hand-over sheet as a result and they said you don't have to. I was simply told that they don't care about it. They teared off the vehicle hand-over signature sheet from the user manual and kept it with them. I guess they are going to fill it up themselves with good remarks which will of course not be true. Also, my original signature will not be there on that piece of paper. Overall, it was a very bad experience for me buying this car from Hyundai and specially this Dealership. More
