They came to my mothers house and harassed her! I was told by this dealership that when they took my lease back that I would not have to pay anything except for my final monthly payment. So I turned it in and purchased a vehicle from them. A few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for over $1,400. I called and spoke to the general manager and he told me he would look into it and get back with me that day or the next. It has now been over a week and I have called up there 8 times and still have not heard from him. To make matters worse my sales experience was so good (which it was) I told my mother to go to them for her car. She did and a few days after she purchased her vehicle her sales person knocks on her front door uninvited to collect a copy of her marriage licence and my father's military info. He was told to do so by the management at Pearson. All for a $500 discount. So when they cost you $1,400 they do nothing about it but if you owe them $500 they'll invade your privacy to collect it. More
