Our sales person never explained where his pricing numbers were derived. As a result of his miscommunication or intentional omission we could not use the low financing APR that we qualify for. Additionally we sold my 2013 Genesis back to Hyundai, however it took 38 days for me to receive the residual. We made several calls over the 38 days to inquire about our money. We only received one call back from Hyundai on day 38. Pearson Hyundai management gave us a indifferent vibe from the first though the last interaction. More
