Purchasing a New Tucson I went to Pearson to test drive a Tucson SE Plus. I was greeted warmly upon entering the building and was introduced to Howard. He quickly located the two vehicles of interest (I had printed vehicle stickers from online inventory) and we did a test drive. Howard was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the car buying process. My application for a loan was completed expeditiously and I met with the loan officer Angela. Again I received excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and explained my paper work. Also the manager checked in to introduce herself. I could not have had a better car buying experience. The team was fantastic! More

Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff Howard, Sales Associate, took my call when I phoned the dealer about a used car. After an initial test drive, I noticed the air conditioning unit mad Howard, Sales Associate, took my call when I phoned the dealer about a used car. After an initial test drive, I noticed the air conditioning unit made an unusual noise and I told Howard I was interested in the vehicle IF the AC was fixed. In contrast to other experiences where a salesperson promises to fix a problem if I make at least a verbal commitment to buy the car, Howard convinced his boss to have the service department look at the AC unit in order to win my business. The AC issue turned out not to be a big deal, but through his follow-up, Howard displayed his commitment to provide excellent customer service. He called me in a timely fashion with updates, made himself available on his day off, and helped me work out a good deal for the car. Overall, I had a positive experience due largely to my sales associate and am very happy with my purchase. More
