First new car This was my first new car purchase for me and I had higher expectations. The purchasing portion of the experience was fine; however, when I came back to the dealership to get my car detailed and the sentinel coating put on, things did not meet my expectations. There was a family emergency with one of the staff and I was asked to come back a few days later to get my car detailed and he coating put on. When I came back after setting up the appointment on the purchase night, it seemed like no one had a clue why I was there. The salesmen outside told me to see the manager at the front desk, the manager sent me to the service center, the service center sent me to the receptionist desk and then I had to wait for Britney to come up. The rental process wasn't as smooth as I thought it would be. Also, I was told the rental car had to be returned in 24 hours or I would have to pay fo the extra day. I was not happy about that. I called to make sure my car would be ready within the 24 hours of the rental vehicle time. After speaking with a few people, I was told that my car would be ready in time. When I arrived after being dropped off by Enterprise, it seemed like no one was in the same page. I was also told on purchasing night that i would get a free gas fill up for my inconvenience but I that did it happen. It really felt like no one was in the same page and I don't like being told something then it doesn't happen. I had an appointment the day I was to pick up my car and didn't bother to say anything since I was in a hurry. More

This experience has b We have always had pleasant experiences at Pearson. We didn't shop around before this purchase because of our loyalty to them. This experience has been trying to say the least. The car doesn't have features promised by the salesman, has needed new rotors (within a week of purchase), and now has a scratch down the side that did not appear until I was picking it up from the rotor repair. They had the scratch "fixed" by using a paint pen, or the likes, on it but it is not satisfactory. All of these issues and I still haven't had it a month! More

DANGER! CROOKED SERVICE DEPARTMENT My car was in perfect condition at 103k miles. I am driving down the road my engine locks up. My car was in perfect condition and everything was working before I brought it in and I expect back the same way. I am hoping to get it resolved through corporate.
