I must say, after I got in a brutal accident hitting a deer on my way back from canada. Thank the lord for saving my life while driving this type of vehicle because otherwise, if it was a different vehicle other than santa fe I probably would of never made it alive. Thanks More

Great Dealership Purchased three vehicles from Pearson Hyundai, two in the past year. Just that should say a lot!! Many dealerships between my house and this dealer, but I know the extra drive time is well spent. GREAT staff and large inventory options. I've had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships, but every time I walk into Pearson I'm treated the way a customer wants to be treated -- from the beginning to the end and even including follow-up visits. I'm not someone who just reacts and purchases a car, I do my homework -- usually over months -- and the Pearson staff is alway accommodating to my queries. Simply the best car buying experience ever. Will not hesitate to travel back to Pearson for my next vehicle. More
Concerned for other Buyers I was having a problem with my 2015 Hyundai Elantra. In November of 2016. I went out to start my Elantra and the Battery was dead. I had it towed to P I was having a problem with my 2015 Hyundai Elantra. In November of 2016. I went out to start my Elantra and the Battery was dead. I had it towed to Pearson Hyundai in Richmond Virginia for evaluation. They indicated that the battery was no good. There was a 2 year warranty and I was 2 months over the 2 years therefore I paid $166.00 for a new Battery. In July 2017,(8 months later) my 2015 Elantra the Battery died again. I had it towed to Pearson Hyundai in Richmond Virginia for evaluation. They said again that there was no problem with the Elantra and that the Battery was no good. I believe there is a problem with the 2015 Elantra and they were incapable in determining the problem. They had the car for 10 days and do not supply a loaner car for our use while they look for the problem. The Service Manager told me to start my 2015 Elantra every couple of days and let it run for a while to keep the battery charged. ON A TWO YEAR OLD CAR???? REALLY!!! So having this problem I feel that I am forced to replace the car. My wife and I felt no confidence in the 2015 Elantra. If there was an emergency and the 2015 Elantra has another dead battery and we depended on it, this is unacceptable. I proceeded to replace the 2015 Elantra with a 2017 Elantra. I asked for a Trade in Value for the 2015 Elantra. They indicated a Trade in value of $11,000.00. My wife and I picked out the 2017 Elantra and Pearson Hyundai prepared the paperwork and took the car home. I reviewed the paperwork at home and looking at the dollar amounts I noticed that Pearson Hyundai only gave us $10,000.00 for the trade in value for the 2015 Elantra. I went back to Pearson Hyundai to find out why they reduced my trade in value for the 2015 Elantra from $11,000.00 to $10,000.00. They could not or would not explain this action. I admit that I should have reviewed the Finance Dollars at the time I bought the 2017 Elantra but I trusted Pearson Hyundai to honor the $11,000.00 Trade in value as told to me. They never indicted at the time the reduction in Trade in value to $10,000.00 for the 2015 Elantra. I have bought 4 other Hyundais from Pearson Hyundai over the last 12 years. I have had good service and trusted Pearson Hyundai for all my needs up until now. I do feel a little unsettled at this time about the future dealing with this dealer. I hope other people buying Hyundais from Pearson do not have something like this happen to them. Honestness and trustfulness should be the goal for any Dealer when dealing with potential and current customers. I am just a little sad at this situation. I have had good Service and Buying experiences in the past. But Pearson Hyundai will not be getting my business in the future. More
