After looking online for what we wanted, we identified a car at Pearson that had our interest. We wandered into Pearson around 7:30pm on a Friday night with no appointment and were greeted by a cheery Sean Jones who was ready to assist us in looking at the car we had seen online. He helped us get a quick test drive and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. He kept in contact with us over a couple days while we secured our funds and ultimately walked us through the purchase the car we had found. Sean was courteous, professional, engaging, honest, and very straightforward. We would highly recommend Pearson Honda as a dealership and Sean Jones as a salesman. More

Excellent Customer Service in Sales I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Pearson and was not happy with the vehicle. (just personal preference nothing to do with the quality of the I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Pearson and was not happy with the vehicle. (just personal preference nothing to do with the quality of the vehicle) So after having for 2 months, I went back and saw my original sales person, Sean Jones. He spoke with his sales manager, Kevin, and they were willing and able to help me out of the Jeep and into a brand new 2018 CR-V. I was VERY pleased with how smoothly everything went and I love my new car! Thanks for all the help! More
Unwilling to listen to problems with service or price Purchased new 2006 and then new 2010. Service was terrible. Rude, over priced and more concerned about going home than getting my car back to me. Parts manager rude and told me I didn't know how to use a sun visor and that's why it separated. Do not use parts or service departments. Honda is not as great as people thinks. More

Stand behind a vehicle that was sold We purchased a used truck for our son which was supposed to given to him on his birthday. The truck was purchased on Sunday June 17, 2018, We had the truck delivered to my work so we could keep the truck a surprise. I drove the truck for the first time on Thursday June 21, 2018, after driving the truck less than 50 miles the drivers side rear brake began "locking up" to the point the truck had to be towed to another "shop" for repairs. I contacted PEARSON HONDA because the truck had just been through SERVICE and had a VA STATE SAFETY INSPECTION completed. While service was polite they did nothing to help with the payment for repairs or towing. I would have thought that a dealership such as PEARSON HONDA would have done something to try and make this issue right, perhaps because I reside out of state the thought process was I would not be a repeat customer or utilize them for service. Which I can assure you I will not. More
