I'm highly skeptical that anyone actually cares at Pearson. IF that were true, the employee on the phone wouldn't have said "I look forward to reading your review" and hung up on me. Is there any accountability? I left a negative review for the sales department when they were unwilling and did not care to hear me out on a vehicle purchase either. A manager didn't even speak to me before I left the showroom. I went to Pohanka and got the same 2021 Accord for literally $5k less. This time, the same story but on parts. Admit it, you KNOW you price parts (And cars) higher than other dealers, and don’t want the customer comparing. Lack of transparancy=more profit for Pearson. Why would the same part cost less at another dealer? The same reason the same vehicle costs less somewhere else. You guys are a bunch of crooks. I called another dealer, got the part number and paid $65 for the part vs the $100 your parts guy wanted. I have worked at dealerships, I've sold cars, I know how it all works. You guys are just a garbage dealer. I don't care about a few bucks, but you guys really got on my nerves. I've started a case with Honda too, because I have the time.

Feeling Bamboozled…Warning…They are not truthful!!! And you will be told they did not know, because they do not use CARFAX…but your own. Do Not rely on their Auto Check Report…it DOES NOT list the complete history. The 2015 Toyota Rav 4 with 84,012 miles they have for sale for $19,500, has been in 2 accidents 2016 & 2017 and the vehicle have a water leak issue from the sunroof drain hoses that were leaking onto the carpet…leaving a mildew smell. I purchased this vehicle on 3/29/22 for close to the same sale price & only put 2444 miles on it in 2 months…they just brought it back from me on 5/31/22 & only offered me $16,300 for it!!! I end up paying them $2450. that day in order to pay off the bank loan. I wanted the price they sold it to me for $19,250. since I wasn’t disclosed the full details of that vehicle. They have it back for sale for $19,500. The 2017 accident was disclosed to me on their Auto Check Report…but the 2016 accident was not on the Auto Check Report given to me on 3/29/22 nor the sunroof leak. PLEASE BEWARE!!! I’m giving 3 Stars because Joe remained pleasant going through the buy back process…but not offering me the original price was not fair as the consumer. Frank the salesman….is inviting & pleasant during the 1st sale & kept me informed leading up to the buy back. Case in point…you all took money from me to buy the car back & now have it for sale again over the $16,300 you gave to towards my bank loan…that’s shameful!!! (BUT GOD…will work it out)!!!
