I will always treasure seeing "F" on the gas gauge today when I took possession. Chris made me feel so comfortable in knowing that I may call him at any time with questions or concerns about the car. They back their product 110% long after the sale. I should know....I have purchased numerous cars and trucks.. I purchased my 2008 Ford Escape from Pearson Ford off Michigan Road in Zionsville in June of 2010. Since purchase, I have taken my car to Pearson Quick lane for all of my service needs and I will continu Michigan Road in Zionsville in June of 2010. Since purchase, I have taken my car to Pearson Quick lane for all of my service needs and I will continue to do so as the service is unmatched. As a single woman, in the past, I've felt anxious about taking my car to be serviced simply because I've always wondered "will this place take advantage of me and talk over my head because I'm a woman" I've had that anxiety build up over time as I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past. But I have never felt that way at Pearson Quick lane. Any time I've had any trouble with my car, the mechanic has taken me out to physically show me what the issue is and has fully explained the problem in a manner of which I can understand; I have never been made to feel stupid or uncomfortable (Will is AWESOME as well as all of the mechanics). Every person I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful from the customer service personnel to the mechanics to the management. I feel that I've built a relationship with Pearson Ford as a result of the exceptional service I've received and I will continue to visit for that reason. As a commuter, I feel safe in my car knowing the guys have taken care of it! You can tell the guys have a passion for the work that they do. I'm pretty protective of my vehicle since I'm in it for 2 + hours a day on average so it really means a lot when I say that I would recommend and have recommended Pearson Ford and Pearson Quick lane to anyone and everyone looking for a place to take their car. We just purchased a used Ford F250 diesel truck from Pearson. Part of the purchase agreement was for them to repair some rust on the truck. They did everything they said they would and more. I was provided a loaner truck for 3 days while mine was in the body shop. They referred me to Line X of Indy for a new A.R.E. utility top and they have been great to work with as well. The truck was sold as is with no warranty. When I got home I noticed an oil leak I did not notice at the dealership. I took it to their service department and just asked them to be fair on the repair. I understood I had purchased as is. They replaced the transmission cooler at no charge. It was a sizable repair. I am very pleased and impressed with Pearson. I intend to have the truck on a regular service schedule in their service department. When I am ready to look for another vehicle in the future I will go to Pearson. More

I enjoyed working with the team at Pearson Ford to buy my new explorer. They were very friendly and I particularly thank them for giving me a ride to return my car to the old dealer. Even with several glitches in the approval process and a lender who took 3 days to complete their end, the staff at Pearson remained professional us. My GC firm, Domain Contractors, was in need of a new company truck. I stopped into Pearson several months ago to browse around while another truck of ours was being repaired.
