I pulled up to the lot at 5:30-5:45, walked around the lot, no one came out to assist so I went inside and walked around, no offered any assistance. There were two guys sitting at their desk, neither both lot, no one came out to assist so I went inside and walked around, no offered any assistance. There were two guys sitting at their desk, neither bothered to ask if I needed any help. I went back outside where another salesman were helping a family with their new car. He saw me earlier outside as well but never offered any assistance. It was about 6:15 wen I finally decided to ask if I needed to ask for help myself when he stated that we are closed and that's why no one is out on the lot. "They closed at 6." Just an FYI, I had a check for $21,000 in my purse to buy a car,,, I guess they lost out on that one!!!! More

Bill Haygood, Jeremy, Andrew, and Katon have always gone above and beyond my expectations. I took delivery on my tenth vehicle this week and could not be happier with the whole experience. On those rare occasions that we have needed service Scott Krouse has been excellent. Good overall experience, and would recommend to anyone. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the time it took to complete the transaction. If I walk into a dealership, ready to buy (i.e., the car pick The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the time it took to complete the transaction. If I walk into a dealership, ready to buy (i.e., the car picked out, the price negotiated, and financing in place), there is just no reason for it to take three hours to drive off the lot. The point is admittedly minor, but to maximize the experience (for me), I'd like to get that duration down to under an hour. More

After several long days of looking for a new car (and stopping at 2 other Ford dealers), we decided to drive over to Pearson Ford and give it one last shot.
