Poor customer service! Went to the dealership for a 9:00AM appointment because of a recall on my truck. It has now been 4.5 hours and they still haven't completed the recall. Very poor customer service! More

I pulled up to the lot at 5:30-5:45, walked around the lot, no one came out to assist so I went inside and walked around, no offered any assistance. There were two guys sitting at their desk, neither bothered to ask if I needed any help. I went back outside where another salesman were helping a family with their new car. He saw me earlier outside as well but never offered any assistance. It was about 6:15 wen I finally decided to ask if I needed to ask for help myself when he stated that we are closed and that's why no one is out on the lot. "They closed at 6." Just an FYI, I had a check for $21,000 in my purse to buy a car,,, I guess they lost out on that one!!!! More
