The radio has had issues for a long time now. The service department has attempted to fix it three times and it is still not corrected. I now have to go back a fourth time with no resolution. Bought our Durango Citadel from Pearl in 2011 . They have been the only ones to perform service on it and I still live my Durango almost 100,000 miles later.
